Returns & Refunds We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Eligibility Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Due to health and safety regulations, opened dental consumables cannot be returned unless defective.

How to Request a Return Email us at info@bbdentalsupply.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo if applicable. We will respond within 1–2 business days.

Refund Process Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened consumables (composites, adhesives, impression materials)

• Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery
