These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and online store of BB Dental Supply (“BB Dental Supply,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and any purchase you make from us. By browsing our store, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Who we sell to

BB Dental Supply distributes dental and surgical products — including implants, restoratives, surgical instruments, prosthetics, biomaterials and consumables — intended for use by licensed dental and medical professionals and their practices. By placing an order, you represent that you are a licensed professional, or are purchasing on behalf of one, and that you are authorized to purchase, possess, and use these products in your jurisdiction. Certain products may require proof of professional credentials before we can fulfill an order.

2. Intended use and professional responsibility

Our products are professional dental and medical devices. You are solely responsible for selecting the correct product for each clinical situation, for verifying compatibility (for example, implant platform, connection, and components), for confirming that each item is sterile and within its expiration date before use, and for using each product in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions for use (IFU) and applicable clinical, safety, and regulatory standards. BB Dental Supply does not provide clinical, medical, or dental advice, and nothing on our store should be interpreted as such.

3. Products, descriptions, and availability

We work to describe our products, sizes, and specifications as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, pricing, or other content are always complete, current, or error-free. Products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities, discontinue items, or correct errors at any time. Where a manufacturer changes a product’s specifications or packaging, the item you receive may differ slightly from the image shown.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, change prices, and offer or withdraw promotions at any time before an order is accepted. Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched. By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

5. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept your order when we send an order confirmation and/or dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order — before or after confirmation — for reasons including product unavailability, suspected fraud, errors in pricing or product information, or inability to verify required professional credentials. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will issue a full refund for the cancelled items.

6. Shipping and delivery

We dispatch quickly, often the same day for in-stock orders placed before 2:00 PM EST, and ship across the United States. Delivery time frames are estimates and are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If an order arrives damaged, please follow the steps in our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In short: eligible returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery, a 15% restocking fee applies to accepted non-defective returns, and sterile or single-use items can only be returned if unopened and factory-sealed. Defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items are replaced or refunded in full.

8. Warranties and disclaimer

Products are sold with the benefit of any applicable manufacturer warranty, which passes through to you. Except for those manufacturer warranties and any rights you have under applicable law that cannot be excluded, our products and this store are provided “as is” and “as available,” and BB Dental Supply disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant any specific clinical outcome from the use of our products.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BB Dental Supply will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of our store or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BB Dental Supply and its owners and staff from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of a product, your failure to follow a manufacturer’s instructions for use, your provision of clinical care, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

12. Intellectual property

The BB Dental Supply name, logo, store content, and design are the property of BB Dental Supply or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission. Manufacturer brand names and product images remain the property of their respective owners and are used to identify the products we distribute.

13. Privacy

Our handling of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you place an order governs that order. Continued use of our store after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
