GDT Implants Water Rising System is a simple sinus lift component kit, it's used to lift the sinus membrane and it can be lifted in safety using hydraulic pressure of saline through the holes.

The Aqua Tip has 5 holes to make the membrane lifted as a dome shape. Thanks to the hydraulic pressure there is a lower risk of perforation.
