GDT Flexible Neck One Piece Implant is a single unit containing a body comprising an implant and a straight structure. This unique implant neck design can be curved up to 20°.

GDT Flexible Neck One Piece Implant is used for immediate loading because of its uniform structure, this implant is coated with RBM surface that is known as rough and hydrophilic surface treatment.

RBM Surface Treatment Technology:

RBM surface is rough and hydrophilic. 
This surface treatment is designed to roughen the implant surface without leaving the residual embedded blast particles or debris in the treated substrate. 
To gain the desired roughening the implant is blasted with suitable hardened particles of Hydroxyapatite (beta-tricalcium Phosphate, Alpha Tcp, TTcp, and Calcium Phosphate (CPP) and then subsequently dissolved from the surface with a defined passivation treatment.
Surface roughness between Ra 1.2 - 1.5 is consistently achieved.
The result is a rougher implant surface then traditional acid etches treatment providing a greater surface area for osseointegration, improved retention characteristics, increased biological fixation, and maximizing implant-to-bone contact.
The RBM surface treatment is made to improve the healing process and tissue growth around the implant, with no worries of abruption or disintegration.

Impression Coping Transfer

GDT Impression transfer for one-piece implants gives you the ability to precisely record an implant position in each implant-supported prosthetics. 

They used closed tray impressions, pick-up impression techniques. 

The cap stays in the impression coping to prevent further movement to provide you better accuracy, stability, and expected results. 

This method gives you an exact place orientation without extra working time.

This transfer makes your work easier and more accurate in challenging cases when the position of an implant inflicts with an impression coping procedure.

GDT One-Piece Implant Analog is a simple tool for laboratories working on one-piece implants. 

This analog ideally replicates the shape and size of the one-piece implant and exact build-in abutment positioning.
